The sides of the light are incredibly flexible, and not just on the arm-portion. The ends are moveable too, so you can put the light exactly where you need it to be, regardless of the position you’re sitting or standing in.
This light stops you from having to hunch over your project to see your stitches and helps stop you from straining your eyes (which then stops headaches from developing).
