Note: Pompoms can be made over the entire project or only in sections to create a pattern or border.
1. To form pompoms, place a finished square or project in front of you with the right side facing you. The right side is the side that was facing the loom when you were wrapping and knotting the square. Leave the outer row to form a border or frame around the edge. Cut through top layers of yarn halfway between remaining intersections with sharp scissors, leaving two or three thicknesses uncut.
2. Fluff up the cut threads with a fine-tooth dog brush to complete pompoms.
